By using KMD Fiber Net services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our internet services are for lawful use only. You may not use our network for any illegal activities including but not limited to hacking, spamming, copyright infringement, or distributing malicious software.
Some broadband plans may be subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Details of applicable FUP limits are specified in the respective plan descriptions at the time of subscription.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Compensation for downtime is governed by the SLA applicable to your plan.
Service fees are payable in advance as per the billing cycle of your chosen plan. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Any equipment provided by KMD Fiber Net (e.g. routers, ONT devices) remains the property of KMD Fiber Net and must be returned upon termination of service. Damage to equipment may be charged to the subscriber.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior notice as specified in your service contract. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for violation of these terms.
KMD Fiber Net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India and the rules and regulations of the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India.
